We’ve been supporting artists and indie filmmakers long before IMFF. The International Mobile Film Festival has given in kind to people of all ages and all walks of life around the globe.

We began in the Spring 2009 with a platform and a challenge to make movies with the camera on their phone and compete in the first in-person film festival to showcase only movies shot with mobile phone cameras. No other mobile devices were accepted.

Since 2009, we’ve been supporting, celebrating and promoting filmmakers while providing year-round opportunities, including participating in other programs and events.

We are excited to welcome ANGAELICA to the International Mobile Film Festival as our fiscal sponsor.

We’re inspired that Angaelica’s Founder and Executive Director Breven Warren shares our vision to empower independent filmmakers around the world and nationally.

We can hardly express how honored we feel to connect with an organization that shares our vision of storytelling through film.

ANGAELICA is a non-profit 501(c)(3), based in Pasadena, California, and operates through grants and donations from individuals and corporations, membership, private sponsorship and submission fees.

Thanks to Angaelica’s fiscal sponsorship, we can now accept donations. Angaelica will provide tax deductible donation receipts to donors within the month of January the year following your donation.
