OFFICIAL AWARDS - INTERNATIONAL MOBILE FILM FESTIVAL IN SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA

Awardees for the International Mobile Film Festival are listed below.

Every film in the official International Mobile Film Festival was shot using the camera on a mobile phone. IMFF was launched in 2009 and it was born from an idea by the founder to create a platform for any human being anywhere in the planet to share stories through the filmmaking medium and provide them with a traditional film festival opportunity as long as all their films were shot with the most accessible camera around the world: the mobile phone. We dared everyone to "do it" and by doing so, if their films were good we would share them on a big screen and invite them to come to San Diego to present their films, network with each others and people in the industry, participate in Q&A sessions and panels and take part in mobile filmmaking workshops.

Our inaugural film festival took place during the last weekend of April 2012. All the filmmakers and films listed received official awards during each film festival since then. All films are judged by a carefully selected Judging Panel whose Judges are chosen each year.
